Having spent the last twenty years with my business partners building THE market leading estate agency around Stoneleigh, Worcester Park, Ewell, Epsom, Banstead, Tadworth and the surrounding areas, I have now decided to provide a more personal service – this time to a strictly limited number of vendors.


Estate agency is currently undergoing huge change with the shift to the self employed model used by the rest of the world. Previously in estate agency, the valuer or business owner visiting your home would gain your trust, sign you up and hand you over to a team you haven’t spoken to before, with varying results.

What Makes Andrew Different to Other Local Estate Agents?

My view is that the person you bought into on the valuation appointment, with all their experience, knowledge and drive – the person you thought you would be dealing with – should BE the person you are dealing with. Ideally you want this person, who is at the top of the company you called in, to personally work with professionals to create the marketing materials, to carry out the viewings, to negotiate the deal and to be heavily involved in navigating the sale process through to completion. This is what I now do.
